Speaker: Peter C. Chung, Founding Director of Gemini HR Services, brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment, total rewards, employee relations, succession planning, and HRIS. He has worked with leading organizations such as the Alberta Government, KPMG, ATCO, TELUS, TransCanada Pipelines, National Energy Board, and Lethbridge College. Peter specializes in driving employee engagement, streamlining processes, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. A Fellow of CPHR with a B.Com from the University of Calgary and advanced training from Columbia University, he has held leadership roles in HR associations and actively mentors professionals and entrepreneurs through initiatives like CPHR Alberta and the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council.
